Your satisfaction is our priority at Faith and Grace. If you encounter any issues with your purchase, we are committed to resolving them to your satisfaction.
Please note that certain items are ineligible for returns or exchanges due to their nature.
Our Guarantee
While we hope you love your order, if something doesn't align, we gladly accept unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise for free returns or exchanges within 35 days of the original shipping date.
For a return to be eligible, the item must be in the same condition as received. If any part of your order arrives damaged, kindly email katelynn@faithandgrace.store with a photo of the damaged items for assistance.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, an email will notify you of its receipt and whether your refund is approved or declined.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and the credit will be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you're awaiting a refund, please first check your credit card company or bank account. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to officially appear. If you've completed these steps and haven't received your refund after this period, contact us at katelynn@faithandgrace.store
Exchanges
We offer replacements for defective or damaged items. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, initiate the process by filing a return.
